Cartwright’s latest flip-flop

Despite passionately supporting the Progressive Caucus budget for years (and literally introducing it in 2014), Cartwright did a 180 by voting against it last night.

This is the second major flip-flop from Cartwright in 2017. He voted in favor of Kate’s Law after previously voting against it on three separate occasions.
