likes: millionaires, dislikes: kids

I’ll put it simply – Dave Loebsack does not belong in Congress.

Let’s just say that his legislative record as of late is…less than stellar. His latest act of public service was voting against keeping kids healthy.

Last week, he voted NO on the Healthy Kids Act of 2017 – which would have reauthorized the CHIP program.

Think about this for a second – he voted to gut the Children’s Health Insurance Program.

Want to know why? He was more interested in keeping a federal subsidy for the one-percenters – one that the taxpayers pay for.

It’s unconscionable, but it’s true – Dave Loebsack voted in favor of billionaires and millionaires at the expense of children’s healthcare.
