Matt Cartwright just voted against the Protecting Seniors Access to Medicare Act, which repeals provisions in Obamacare that created the Independent Payment Advisory Board (IPAB). IPAB has been referred to as a ‘death panel’ by hundreds of health care organizations.

As it stands now, 15 unelected bureaucrats have the power to cut Medicare, impose taxes, and ration care to pay for the failed health care law. That board has the power to make decisions that could leave millions of seniors with fewer provider and service options.

So much for patient-centered care…
