Based on Andy Kim’s own words, CHIP needs to be funded and we need to “stop the chaos and get government working again.”

You would assume that means Kim opposes Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer’s reckless shutdown tactics. But we don’t know for sure… because he hasn’t taken a position.
