A new day, a new civil war battle brews in the Democratic Party.

The DCCC’s endorsement of Kathy Manning in NC-13 has created real problems locally. Just yesterday, NC-13 Democrats approved a resolution rejecting the DCCC’s meddling with “extremely strong support.”

According to the Triad City Beat, the resolution “called support by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee ‘a disruptive and undemocratic force,’ while calling on the state party to ‘demand that the DCCC support of candidates during the primary election process be forbidden.’”
