Jennifer Wexton is finishing out her primary campaign the same way she started it: grasping for relevancy. Unfortunately for her, the attention she’s gotten in the last few days is less than ideal for an establishment-picked candidate.

Wexton initially defended forcing her campaign staffer to play dress up with a police uniform by saying she was just trying to “be respectful.” ???

But over the weekend, she quietly changed the ad on her YouTube channel, and got rid of the faux cops. 

Regardless of what her clean-up crew says and does, the damage is done. It’s clear that Jennifer Wexton has no respect for police officers, and no relationship with the law enforcement community.
