NRCC Releases Web Video: “Scott Wallace: The Anti-Human Candidate”

WASHINGTON – The NRCC today released a new web video, “Scott Wallace: The Anti-Human Candidate,” which highlights Democrat Scott Wallace’s ties to an organization that advocates taxing families for “irresponsible breeding.”
