Overheard on the House floor:
Nancy Pelosi: “Jump.”
Matt Cartwright: “How high?”
Cartwright just fell in line with party leadership once again by voting against middle-class tax cuts for his district.
In fact, he’s voted with Nancy Pelosi more than 90 percent of the time since taking office.
No wonder he’s Pelosi’s favorite puppet…
