Why isn’t Wexton speaking up on LG Fairfax?

Just a few months ago, Jennifer Wexton went out of her way to attack her opponent, Congresswoman Barbara Comstock, over the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh.

Wexton charged, “Barbara Comstock has an opportunity to be a leader on this issue…There’s an opportunity to be not only a leader for women but to stand up to her party…What is she doing when it’s her friend who is the subject of allegations?”

So now that Wexton’s friend, Lt. Gov Justin Fairfax, is accused of sexual assault, why is Jennifer Wexton silent?

…maybe the Washington Post could ask Jennifer about her friend just like they asked Barbara Comstock?
