Eastman supports AOC’s cow ban

Nebraska socialist Democrat Kara Eastman is continuing her push to the left, coming out in favor of the Green New Deal, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s plan to ban gassy cows and airplanes while rebuilding every building in America.

While a cow ban is probably not a smart platform for a candidate in Nebraska, Eastman’s support for the kooky Green New Deal isn’t a surprise. After all, Eastman previously ran for office highlighting her support for socialized medicine. With a tough primary coming up, Eastman’s announcement puts fellow NE-02 candidate Ann Ashford in a tough spot. After all, Eastman defeated Ashford’s husband in the 2018 primary by running as a far left candidate.

So what will Ann do?
