Does T.J. Cox support the Green New Deal?

All signs point to yes.

Why?

1. T.J. Cox believes high-speed rail should be expanded in California. (Something even radical California Governor Gavin Newsom disagrees with because it’s financially irresponsible and unrealistic.)
2. T.J. supports regulating dairy farmers because of cow farts. Yesterday, he tweeted his support of the government forcing dairy farmers to spend millions on new technology to offset methane gas released from cow manure.
