Spanberger’s tough time at home
Abigail Spanberger must be glad it’s Friday after enduring a rough week at home in Virginia’s 7th Congressional District.
NPR reports the Congresswoman was hounded by constituents asking her about her socialist Democratic caucus’ radical ideas. Take a look:
“Christian had questions on Spanberger’s stance on abortion rights and scandals surrounding Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam…”
“[Hasso] says Democrats like Spanberger are getting drawn into a party that wants to go left…”
“…Spanberger can’t support Omar and Ocasio-Cortez and still say she’s a different kind of Democrat.”
“Hasso and some other voters here aren’t moved by that argument at all,” referring to Spanberger’s claims she won’t fall in line with the far-left.
Additionally, Spanberger also tried (and failed) in a radio interview to distance herself from the socialist Democrats.
