FRESNO BEE FRONT PAGE: TJ Cox’s foundation delinquencies

Congressman TJ Cox graced the front page of The Fresno Bee this weekend after it was discovered that his foundation, the Central Valley Community Sports Foundation, is unable to operate, solicit, and/or distribute donations because the organization is delinquent with the state of California.

The foundation – under the leadership of TJ – also “hit delinquent status in 2016, 2017, and 2018, in addition to warnings from the attorney general’s office.”

Also, last month, the city of Fresno released an audit blasting TJ for his foundation’s unreliable bookkeeping and financial practices.
