Don’t bother asking Lucy

Rep. Lucy McBath (D-TN) really doesn’t want to talk about being a Tennessee resident.

Last week, Cobb County revoked McBath’s homestead exemption because she did not meet the requirements to call Georgia her primary residence and has ordered the Tennessee resident to pay back taxes.

According to the Washington Free Beacon, Lucy refused to address the tax issue in statements and her office did not respond to additional follow up questions.

The article also notes, it’s unclear whether Lucy has established permanent residence in Georgia this year.

But if Lucy is really a Georgia resident like she claims to be, what’s there to hide?
