When was Lucy lying?

In Rep. Lucy McBath’s (D-TN) statement about Cobb County finding out she’s not a permanent resident of Georgia, her office said:

“During the 2016 presidential cycle, when Lucy was traveling extensively and for family matters, she briefly changed her residency to Tennessee.”
 
But Lucy made multiple donations to candidates during this time period claiming she was a resident of Georgia, at the same time she now says she was a resident of Tennessee.

So we know that Lucy is lying – it’s only a question of when she was lying.
