Ashford fails to come up with anything she disagrees with socialist Dems on

In a wide-ranging interview with the Every Second Year blog, Ann Ashford spoke very candidly about everything from corporate PAC donations to Alexandria Ocasio Cortez to her primary opponent.

But perhaps most notable is what she didn’t have thoughts on. Namely, any issue with which she disagreed with the socialist Democratic Party orthodoxy on. Ashford was asked, “Is there any issue that you don’t agree with that is in the Democratic Party’s orthodoxy, that you feel like you are, not out of step, but not in line directly with the Democratic Party?” Ashford’s answer: “Not that I can think of. Not that I can think of. If there is one out there, I just haven’t encountered it yet.”

Even as the socialist Democrats push further and further left, advocating for late-term abortion, taxpayer-funding for political campaigns and tax rates as high as 90%, Ashford can’t think of a single position she doesn’t agree with. That’s quite a statement from a self-styled “moderate.”
