Deposition time!

TJ Cox’s business partner, Terance Frazier gave a gift to the people of CA-21 yesterday, suing the City of Fresno for not covering up their scathing audit of TJ and Frazier’s shady nonprofit.
 
Why is this such a gift? Frazier named TJ Cox as a witness in his suit, ensuring that the corrupt Congressman will be forced to sit for a deposition and finally answer questions about his shady business dealings.
 
The NRCC would like to humbly suggest some questions for City of Fresno lawyers to ask TJ! 

• What did TJ Cox do with the $140,000 in payments made directly to him by the Central Valley Community Sports Foundation?
• Was any portion of his embezzlement “payment” used to fund his Congressional campaign?
• Was that $140,000 directed to TJ to pay off his $1.6 million in tax liens? 

The people deserve to know, TJ!
