Eastman endorsed by org under federal investigation

Comrade Kara Eastman is inexplicably touting her endorsement by Brand New Congress, a socialist organization linked to Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez that is currently under federal investigation.

Brand New Congress is under investigation for an “elaborate scheme to avoid proper disclosure of campaign expenditures.” The group, along with its sister organization, Justice Democrats, is accused of transferring over $1 million in political donations to private companies controlled by AOC’s former Chief of Staff to skirt campaign finance laws.

Perhaps Comrade Kara should be a bit pickier about her socialist friends. Then again, considering her latest campaign finance report revealed she has just $67,023 cash on hand, she needs all the help she can get.
