Chris Pappas has spent his time in Washington trying to impeach President Trump, recently voting to move forward with impeachment proceedings.

But back home Pappas is claiming he expects to see comprehensive infrastructure legislation pass Congress, which is news to Senate transportation leaders who say “as a result of the Democrats’ obsession [with impeachment], they’re not doing the things that are important…like fixing our roads, fixing our bridges.”
