FLASHBACK: Sean Patrick Maloney promised to eliminate cash bail

New York residents continue to be terrorized by Democrats’ bail reform law releasing dangerous criminals back onto the streets, but Sean Patrick Maloney has refused to speak out against the new law.

In fact, Maloney is a huge supporter of the policy, previously saying he “absolutely” believes in eliminating cash bail and that it would be a “top priority” for him.
