Iowa child molester set free because he’s transgender

Democrat Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller is preparing to let serial child molester Joseph Matthew Smith, who molested as many as 15 victims ranging from 1 to 13 years of age, go free because Smith now identifies as a woman, and so is no longer considered a threat.

It might be worth asking Abby Finkenauer and Cindy Axne their thoughts on the case. After all, Finkenauer and Axne both voted in favor of legislation that allowed the placement of biological men in women’s prisons if they identify as such.
