Shalala’s budget woes

Donna Shalala took to Twitter to whine and complain about the President’s budget proposal.

But last year the socialist Democrats just completely gave up on a budget.

So, does Donna think her deranged party can get it together and pass a budget this year or are they too consumed with their hatred of the President to do the basic responsibility of their job?
