Budget tracking tool for Kind

Ron Kind put a lot of effort into criticizing the president’s budget proposal, but not a lot into doing his job and introducing a budget of his own.

Instead of fearmongering about “if this budget passes,” (which is impossible) the NRCC created a tool for a better use of Kind’s time: keeping track of House Democrats’ budget proposal.
