WASHINGTON – NRCC Chairman Tom Emmer released the following statement regarding the results of the IL-14 primary election:

“Congratulations to Jim Oberweis on his primary victory. Lauren Underwood is a diehard member of the socialist Democrat majority in Congress who votes with AOC 96% of the time and Nancy Pelosi 100% of the time. Illinois voters will reject Lauren Underwood’s socialist agenda in November and Republicans will take back this seat.”
