Has Horn been paying attention?

Kendra Horn apparently hasn’t been paying attention to what’s going on in Washington while she’s in self quarantine back home, telling constituents Democrats were “doing everything we can to make sure we get a bipartisan bill.”
But here in DC, Horn’s party is delaying coronavirus funding while they push for Nancy Pelosi’s socialist wish list of unrelated items, including $35 million for an opera house in Washington, DC.
Someone should ask Kendra Horn if a DC opera house is worth delaying aid to Oklahoma families.
