Does McMurray support the release of child rapists?

Does Nate McMurray think convicted child rapists should be set free during the coronavirus pandemic?

We only ask because New York State’s Department of Corrections and Community Service issued an order allowing for the release of more than 50 prisoners from the Monroe County Jail, including eight level 3 sex offenders, three of which are convicted child rapists.

According to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, level 3 sex offenders are at “high risk of repeat offense,” and present a clear threat to public safety.

So why does McMurray remain silent?
