Does Delgado take Reade’s accusations seriously?

Antonio Delgado said Dr. Ford’s allegations “must be taken seriously,” that “any attempts at silencing accusers” is disparaging towards women and that accusers deserve to be heard.

So does Delgado think Tara Reade’s allegations against Joe Biden should be taken seriously? And does he believe Reade’s story deserves to be heard? Will he reserve judgement and listen?
