Kooky Casten co-sponsors free health care for illegals bill

In the midst of an economic crisis, Kooky Sean Casten just co-sponsored legislation that would provide free health care for illegal immigrants.

And he expects American taxpayers to foot the bill – about $23 billion PER YEAR.
