Defund the Police is About Reparations- Ayanna Pressley

Despite the media’s attempts to downplay Congressional Democrats’ support for the radical and dangerous “Defund the Police” movement, Socialist Squad member Ayanna Pressley set the record straight.

Pressley made clear she supports the “Defund the Police” effort and framed it as an effort to obtain reparations saying, “This is simply about a refund. This about true reparations…So yes I support the defund movement.”
