Rouda punts police reform to next Congress

Harley Rouda’s given up on police reform. 

Harley’s so resigned to it not happening this year that he said during a town hall last week, “if it (police reform) doesn’t happen with this administration, it’ll happen with the next administration.”  (WATCH HERE)

Rouda, in typical partisan fashion, lies and tries blaming Republicans saying they weren’t willing to compromise, when in fact Republicans were actively trying to work with Democrats — offering some 20 amendments — to reach a compromise. 

But why actually get something done to help people when you can lie and scream insults instead?
