Cunningham called out by the press for faking headline

Joe Cunningham is getting called out by the press for faking a headline to a story he isn’t even mentioned in.
But this behavior is par for the course for Cunningham who exaggerates a lot for example:
Pretending to be an ocean engineer. Charleston Post and Courier confirmed he isn’t.
Claiming to be against dark money but accepting their help anyway.
Slamming lobbyists but employing them in his DC office.
“Low Country over Party” but voting with Nancy Pelosi over 85% of the time.
What a pattern!
