To repeat: Harley Rouda supports the state of California forcing two major employers to effectively shut down in California putting thousands of people out of work during a pandemic.
This on top of power outages and Gavin Newsom’s latest COVID mishaps.
Rouda isn’t protecting his constituents, he’s actively working against them.
