Thousands of independent contractors for Uber and Lyft could be out of work starting tomorrow all because of overly burdensome California regulations that Harley Rouda supports.

To repeat: Harley Rouda supports the state of California forcing two major employers to effectively shut down in California putting thousands of people out of work during a pandemic.

This on top of power outages and Gavin Newsom’s latest COVID mishaps.
