Politifact confirms Christy Smith fired teachers

The hacks at Politifact are at it again, twisting themselves into pretzels to cover for Democrat candidates. Their latest attempted rescue – Christy Smith. 

Despite confirming that yes, Christy Smith voted to lay off teachers, Politifact gave the “fact check” a “mostly false,” and even defended Smith’s vote to lay these teachers off.

The FACT is that Christy Smith voted to lay off these teachers – stripping them of job security, a stable paycheck and health care during tough times. 

Christy Smith voted to strip these teachers of their jobs. Period.
