Do-nothing Dean

Hi!

In Minnesota, Dean Phillips has made quite a parade of his success in lobbying Democrat leadership to take up his COVID-relief legislation proposal.

In reality, Dean has zero political clout in Washington, which is why Speaker Pelosi rejected Dean’s plan outright.

(Which is just fine with Dean, since there was never any intention of getting it to the House floor for a vote anyway.)

Now, under the guise of coronavirus relief, the Speaker has proposed a $2.2 trillion taxpayer bailout for illegal immigrants and dangerous criminals.

And given that Dean votes with Speaker Pelosi ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of the time, there’s no question he’ll back her up.

So much for “Bipartisan Leadership”!
