NEW CA-21 TV AD: “Locked Out”

The paycheck protection program was supposed to be a lifeline for small business owners, but thousands of Central Valley small businesses were locked out of this critical aid.  

Congressman TJ Cox did not get locked out.  

A new NRCC ad highlights how businesses linked to TJ Cox collected $1.7 million in federal bailouts, even as Cox owed nearly $145,000 in federal unpaid income tax.
