Mucarsel-Powell must condemn ad

The Miami Herald reports the parents of a student who was killed in the collapse of the FIU bridge are asking the DCCC to take down footage of the disaster in a TV ad used to prop up Debbie Mucarsel-Powell’s failing campaign.

The parents have written to the DCCC saying, “I find your ad distasteful and hurtful for us and the families of the victims of this tragedy, as we are trying to leave this painful chapter behind” and “it is being used for political purposes.”

Will Debbie Mucarsel-Powell stand up to her party and tell them to pull the shameful ad or continue upsetting a grieving family for political gain?
