Is Tim Ryan about to quit?

It’s just been a few weeks into the new Congress and Tim Ryan is already thinking of calling it quits.

He just tweeted he’s seriously considering running for U.S. Senate.

Perhaps it’s because OH-13 voters have been fleeing the Democratic party for years…
