House Dems sell out taxpayers for $1.9 trillion socialist giveaway
Vulnerable House Democrats just put special interests over hardworking American families by voting for a $1.9 trillion socialist boondoggle disguised as COVID relief.
Only 9% of the bill’s funding focuses on defeating the virus.
Here are some of the most corrupt provisions in the bill:
- $140 million for Nancy Pelosi’s Silicon Valley subway
- $570 million for a bureaucrat bailout that allows federal government employees to stay home with their kids and still get paid
- Slashes $36 billion from Medicare putting seniors’ health care at risk
- Up to $10 million for teachers’ unions, the organizations currently fighting to keep schools closed
- $350 billion is allocated for states and local governments which can be spent on public services for illegal immigrants
NRCC Comment: “House Democrats have shamefully chosen to help their special interest donors instead of hardworking Americans by supporting this corrupt socialist wish list. Voters won’t forget Democrats put partisanship over people and it will cost them in 2022.” – NRCC Spokesperson Torunn Sinclair
