Ethics complaint filed against Tom O’Halleran

In case you missed it, an ethics complaint was filed against Tom O’Halleran for using government resources in his campaign material. 

Instead of fessing up to the ethics violation, O’Halleran’s campaign is making excuses.

The “ethics and accountability plan” on O’Halleran’s campaign website claims, “Tom believes in accountability and transparency.”

So, will O’Halleran be “accountable and transparent” about using government resources in his campaign material? Or will his campaign continue to deflect?
