Portland is facing a substantial spike in violent crime after Democrats cut $16 million from the police budget last year and tried to slash millions more.

Now, the Mayor of Portland is attempting to re-fund the police with $2 million.

Looks like he’s realizing the consequences of defunding police.

Too bad House Democrats Peter DeFazio and Kurt Schrader recently voted to deny police departments the funding they need to keep communities like Portland safe.
