Josh Gottheimer flip flops on granting amnesty to gang members

In case you missed it, last night Josh Gottheimer flip flopped on giving amnesty to gang members. 

Previously, in 2019,  Josh Gottheimer voted to close a loophole that allows illegal immigrants in street gangs to become U.S. citizens. 

But last night, Gottheimer flip flopped on the issue. He just voted against closing a loophole that allows illegal immigrants in street gangs to become U.S. citizens. 

What changed, Josh?
