Is Stevens still against calls to ‘defund’ the police?

Haley Stevens claims she doesn’t agree with calls to ‘defund’ the police. 

But her fellow Michigan colleague Rashida Talib is taking the call to a whole new level calling for “no more policing, incarceration, and militarization.”   

Based on House Democrats’ own standards, every House Democrat agrees with Tlaib’s views unless they disavow her position, vote to strip her of her committee assignments, and introduce a resolution expelling her from Congress.  

Since Stevens wants to create the “best police departments”, this should be easy for her, no?
