Georgia business owner can’t find employees

Remember when Democrats, like Lucy McBath and Carolyn Bourdeaux, said the American Rescue Plan would put “workers back on the job”?

Instead, the United States posted the biggest jobs report miss in 23 years because it turns out when you pay people not to work, they don’t work.

One Georgia business owner says, “There are plenty of people without jobs, but unemployment benefits give them too much incentive not to work…We advertise, and nobody comes in looking for a job. A lot of people are taking advantage of the system.”

And the state’s top business groups are calling on officials to end the additional unemployment aid.

Lucy McBath, Carolyn Bourdeaux and the Democrats’ socialist agenda isn’t putting people back on the job, it’s destroying local small businesses and the economy.
