New Jersey business owner can’t find employees

Remember when Democrats said the American Rescue Plan would put “workers back on the job”?

It turns out the bill that Andy Kim, Josh Gottheimer, Tom Malinowski, and Mikie Sherrill voted for is paying many Americans more money not to work than they would make working.

New Jersey businesses like Chef Mike’s Atlantic Bar & Grill in South Seaside Park are paying the price.

Owner and executive chef Mike Jurusz said he can’t find anyone to hire, blaming his staffing troubles on expanded unemployment benefits and stimulus payments – and he’s “getting scared” he won’t have enough staff come the busy summer season.

New Jersey Democrats’ socialist agenda isn’t putting people back on the job, it’s destroying local small businesses and the economy.
