AZ biz paying 100% of employee health care can’t find workers

Arizona Democrats said their $1.9 trillion socialist boondoggle disguised as COVID relief “would put people back to work.”

But, if that’s true, why can’t an Arizona pool company find any employees despite covering 100% of employees’ health care, offering four weeks of paid vacation and paying new hires a $1,000 signing bonus?

Chad Nikkel, owner of Aquaman Pools, says, “in all of his years of experience, he has never had this hard of a time to try and find people to work for his company.”

Because it turns out when you pay people not to work, they don’t, and Arizona businesses suffer.
