Is Jim Costa facing another primary challenge?

Central Valley socialist legend Dolores Huerta is taking aim at Congressman Jim Costa again.

She had previously endorsed another Democrat in California’s 2020 primary election.  

Huerta told the California Redistricting Commission that the Central Valley does not have the representation it deserves because its congressmen – including Costa – “are of European descent and they do not represent the people of the San Joaquin Valley who are Mexican or come from Guatemala or come from El Salvador.”

So, does Huerta have another Democrat in mind?
