The filibuster is standing between Colin Allred and $7.2 million

Colin Allred stood with other Texas Democrats yesterday to advocate for H.R. 1 and said, “we can’t allow a Senate rule to stand in the way of our democracy.”

What he really means is that the only thing standing between $7.2 million in public money for his campaign coffers is the Senate passing Democrats’ corrupt “voting rights” legislation.
