Elaine Luria is contradicting herself

Yesterday, Elaine Luria, once again, expressed her “concern” about the Navy reducing its number of ships needed to combat China, which she has been talking about for weeks.

Simultaneously, Luria’s praised Biden’s budget which forces the Navy to cut construction of high-tech ships “crucial in confronting China.” 

So, which is it?

Does Elaine Luria support the Navy and will demand they receive more funding to protect our national security and VA shipbuilders? Or will she continue to play partisan games?
