Matt Cartwright wants Pennsylvanians to pay more tolls.

Last week, Cartwright voted against an amendment that would prohibit Pennsylvania from using federal funding to toll existing roads and bridges on federal highway systems that are not currently tolled.

The tolls amount to a new tax on hardworking Pennsylvania families who use those roads and bridges every day.
